Ride Report Parklands radar hill 14/2/2021
What a great day for a ride, overcast and no Sun, we will take that in February.
Some of the Bushrangers finest 25 riders turned out for 3 divisions (Rookie, Intermediate and Reckless 😊) of mountain biking glory. wide-angle lens could not fit everyone in the photo.
Monthly Rookie ride led by Millie and Co gave a wonderful tour of the mix of high/low tracks, riders Smiling all the way through the ride. New riders feeling welcome and included. Nice work and big effort team. 15km travelled. Well done.
Intermediated division led by Amanda took in sights, sounds and sketchier sections of the parklands trail web. New member Chris riding some the hidden mountain goat tracks including the famous “S#!@ Hill” and then some! Nice work 17km ridden.
Reckless rouges sought out the Gnarly hills techy tight stuff, rocks and a few Knocks to body and soul. Hope Mr J’s knee is OK. All tracks rolling fast and furious, sublime conditions. Thanks Paul “the manual master” for the variety.
Battle weary Bushrangers regrouped at Forest Glen Bakery for Beverages, Banter and MTB wisdom??.
Thanks to everyone for giving it a big effort.
See you all next week for the Lake MacDonald Pomona return ride weather pending…..
